Role ResponsibilitiesReview sample questions in Spanish and English and flag any that don t sound like what real people ask.Write rubrics that define a correct, complete answer in your area of expertise.Evaluate AI-generated answers in Spanish against your rubrics, flagging errors, omissions, and mistranslations.Share clear written feedback with the project team, working asynchronously.
RequirementsNative or professional Spanish and English proficiency.Experience in at least one of: Medicare, passports, veterans benefits, student loans or financial aid, or National Park services.Strong relevant experience counseling or assisting the public in that area.Clear, precise writing in both languages.
