Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries and provide accurate product and service information
• Resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly
• Maintain high customer service standards to build positive relationships
• Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery
• Participate in training and meetings to enhance knowledge and skills
• Use problem-solving skills to effectively address customer concerns

Required Qualifications

• Fluent English (B2-C1 level) to support English-speaking customers
• Resident of Guadalajara metropolitan area (on-site position)
• Available Monday through Saturday
• 18 years or older as per Mexican labor law
• High School Diploma (Bachillerato) required
• No prior experience necessary; full training provided

This role reports to the Customer Service Manager and involves close teamwork with fellow advisors and other departments to ensure top customer satisfaction.
