Bilingual Figma Designer (AI & QA) – Remote, Bogotá

CazVid LLC is hiring a Bilingual Figma Designer with AI and QA experience. This full-time, remote-eligible role is based in Bogotá, Colombia, and welcomes candidates who can work from anywhere. You’ll create thoughtful digital experiences while collaborating with a growing team across design, product, and development. Candidates should be fluent in English and Spanish and available to work night shifts to coordinate with overseas teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging prototypes and user interfaces in Figma, applying sound UI/UX and design principles.
• Use AI design tools to improve creative workflows and project efficiency.
• Partner with developers and product managers to gather requirements and refine design solutions.
• Perform design QA to check usability and visual fidelity across platforms.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and design reviews with constructive feedback.
• Maintain design systems, documentation, and accessible, correctly versioned design assets.
• Track design trends and tools and identify opportunities to apply new capabilities to projects.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in design or a related field.
• Proficiency in Figma and experience with AI design tools.
• Strong UI design and prototyping skills.
• Experience with QA processes for design projects.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish.
• 2–5 years of digital design experience, ideally focused on UI/UX.
• Availability for night shifts to work with overseas teams.
