Bilingual .NET Developer

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Application Developer with strong expertise in modern .NET technologies, distributed systems, and microservices architecture. The ideal candidate will have deep technical knowledge in backend development, API design, cloud-native applications, performance optimization, and software engineering best practices. This role requires hands-on experience designing, developing, and maintaining scalable enterprise applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using .NET and ASP.NET Core.Build and optimize RESTful APIs following industry best practices.Develop and maintain microservices-based architectures and distributed systems.Analyze and optimize application performance, memory usage, and concurrency.Implement secure authentication and authorization solutions using OAuth2/OIDC.Work with Entity Framework and relational databases to optimize queries, indexes, and execution plans.Containerize applications using Docker and Docker Compose.Implement observability practices including structured logging, metrics, tracing, and monitoring.Develop automated tests including unit, integration, and API contract testing.Collaborate with architects, developers, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architecture decisions.
Required Technical Skills.NET & Backend DevelopmentStrong understanding of .NET fundamentals:Garbage Collection (GC) async/await multithreading and parallel programming performance optimization and profilingExtensive experience with ASP.NET Core and Web APIs.Experience implementing middleware and background processing solutions.REST API DesignDeep understanding of REST API best practices beyond HTTP verbs.Experience with API versioning, validation, error handling, and documentation using Swagger/OpenAPI.Database & Entity FrameworkStrong experience with Entity Framework.Knowledge of:query optimization execution plan analysis indexing strategies transaction management concurrency handlingContainerizationHands-on experience with Docker and Docker Compose.Understanding of container networking and deploying APIs in containers.Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.SecurityExperience implementing:OAuth2 OpenID Connect (OIDC) claims/scopes-based authorization secrets management request/data validationDistributed Systems & MicroservicesExperience with distributed systems concepts:retries idempotency timeouts and cancellation handling asynchronous communication and messaging patternsStrong understanding of Microservices Architecture.Observability & MonitoringExperience with:structured logging metrics collection distributed tracing correlation IDs application monitoring toolsTestingStrong experience with:unit testing integration testing contract/API testing WebApplicationFactoryPreferred QualificationsFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.Experience with messaging systems and event-driven architectures.Knowledge of caching strategies and consistency patterns.Strong problem-solving and communication skills.Experience5+ years of experience in .NET backend development.Proven experience working on enterprise-level applications and scalable distributed systems.EducationBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field preferred
