Bilingual Payroll Accountant – Xalapa, Veracruz (Remote)

Waivgen Latam is hiring a part-time bilingual payroll accountant to support payroll and accounting operations. This role is remote and open to candidates based in Xalapa de Enríquez, Veracruz, Mexico.

Responsibilities

• Support payroll and accounting processes.
• Complete monthly and quarterly reconciliations.
• Process electronic expense invoices and support accounting integration.
• Deliver electronic files and manage supplier payment calendars.
• Use accounting and payroll platforms to maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
• At least one year of payroll experience.
• Conversational English at B2 level or higher.
• Knowledge of Aspel, CONTPAQi, payroll, and financial statements.
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Personal computer suitable for remote work.
• Strong teamwork and self-management skills.
