Key Responsibilities Manage monthly and quarterly payroll reconciliations Handle electronic invoicing of expenses and accounting integration Deliver electronic files and manage supplier payment calendars Utilize Aspel, Contpaq, and payroll software to maintain accurate financial records Collaborate effectively within a team and manage time independently Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting Minimum 1 year experience in payroll processing Conversational English at B2 level or higher Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Word Experience with Aspel, Contpaq, Payroll, and Financial Statements Own a personal computer Why Work with Us?
