Staff-Force Personnel Services is looking for an energetic and dependable Bilingual Recruiter (English/Spanish) to join our team!
What we’re looking for:
✅ Bilingual – English & Spanish
✅ Recruiting, staffing, customer service, or fast-paced office experience preferred
✅ Strong communication and people skills
✅ Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
✅ Must be able to pass a background check
✅ Must be flexible with scheduling based on business and client needs
✅ Comfortable recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and communicating with employees and clients
✅ Organized, dependable, and able to multitask
