Key Responsibilities Manage sales leads and customer inquiries promptly to maximize conversion rates and client engagement. Maintain and update CRM systems daily to ensure accurate sales data and performance tracking. Prepare compelling presentations, detailed reports, and professional correspondence for client meetings and sales initiatives. Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends and potential clients within Cancun’s local market. Coordinate travel arrangements, appointments, and meetings efficiently to support the sales team’s operational needs. What We're Looking For Required: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Fluency in English and Spanish with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
