Key Responsibilities✅ Manage the end-to-end project billing process.✅ Ensure invoices are prepared accurately and submitted on time according to contract terms, project milestones, timesheets, and client requirements.✅ Review and validate billing data to ensure compliance and accuracy.✅ Collaborate with Project Managers, Finance, Operations, and other stakeholders to resolve billing discrepancies.✅ Maintain accurate billing records and support audit requirements.✅ Monitor billing cycles and proactively address issues to meet strict deadlines.
Qualifications✔ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.✔ 2+ years of experience in project billing, invoicing, revenue operations, or similar financial roles.✔ English proficiency: B2 level or higher.✔ Strong understanding of project-based billing methodologies and contract compliance.✔ Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting.✔ Solid knowledge of ERP systems.✔ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.✔ Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.✔ Strong communication, professionalism, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
