Billing Collections Analyst

This person is in charge of receiving the pending payments and contacting the company responsible for the bill. The staffer must verify first on the system what type of bill it is and then proceed by sending an email to the customer asking for the billing department, depending on the response is how the staffer can proceed. In case the customer takes the ownership of the bill, the staffer shared the steps to complete the payment.
Job Responsibilities
Collect pending payments. Search for the right contacts and update the system to know who is responsible for the bill. Follow up on the emails for the customers that are not taking responsibility for the payment and escalate the situation appropriately.Be attentive to emails. Other duties as assigned.
