About the role

Allied Electric, Inc is seeking a BIM Coordinator to support its construction team by managing Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes and generating accurate site layouts for industrial and commercial electrical installations. The role helps ensure precise models, coordinated layout planning, and accurate field layout data for efficient, code-compliant installation.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and update 3D electrical models using Autodesk Revit or other BIM software.
• Coordinate with general contractors, engineers, and trade partners to integrate electrical systems into project models.
• Lead clash detection and collaborate with other trades to resolve coordination issues before construction.
• Maintain model integrity throughout the project lifecycle and provide up-to-date information to the field team.
• Collaborate on project layout and field support.
