Michels Corporation is hiring a full-time BIM Detailer for Mi-Tech Services Inc. The role is based in the listed location options: Appleton, WI, Green Bay, WI, or Milwaukee, WI, with occasional travel.

Mi-Tech delivers engineering, design, and construction support for utility and infrastructure projects, from planning through execution. As part of the Michels Family of Companies, Mi-Tech supports civil, geostructural, telecommunications, transportation, mission critical, and water/wastewater industries.

As a BIM Detailer, you will develop and maintain 3D models and construction drawings that support project execution. Working with engineers, project managers, and BIM leadership, you will help ensure models are accurate, buildable, and aligned with project requirements. The role focuses on model production, detailing, and documentation, without full coordination responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate 3D BIM models using Revit and other modeling tools.
• Produce detailed construction drawings, shop drawings, and fabrication-ready documentation.
• Incorporate markups, redlines, and design revisions into models and drawings.
• Assist in preparing models for coordination and clash detection processes.
• Ensure models and drawings align with project specifications and design intent.
