Key Responsibilities Conduct field research to assess plant diversity and health in various ecosystems. Identify plant species and document findings through detailed data collection and analysis. Utilize laboratory techniques to support ecological studies and environmental assessments. Create detailed botanical illustrations to aid in research publications and presentations. Contribute to conservation biology initiatives through collaborative project development. Engage with cross-disciplinary teams to integrate ecological data into larger conservation strategies. Present research findings to stakeholders and participate in community outreach programs. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Biology or Botany. Strong skills in plant identification and ecological data analysis. Experience with field research methods and laboratory techniques. Knowledge of conservation biology and environmental assessment processes. Industry-standard certifications in areas relevant to botany or ecology are preferred. Proficiency in relevant software and tools for data analysis and illustration. 2+ years of experience in a related field is required.
