💼 Experience: 10+ Years Overall | Strong BY WMS Production Support Experience
We are looking for an experienced **Blue Yonder WMS Operations Lead** to manage production support operations, lead incident resolution, and ensure SLA compliance across warehouse management applications.
🔑 MUST-HAVE SKILLS
- Blue Yonder WMS (2019 or later)
- MOCA Commands
- Labels, Reports & Page Builders
- SQL
- Java & Groovy
- Production Support & Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
- Incident, Problem, Change & Service Request Management
- JIRA / ServiceNow
- Monitoring Tools & SLA Management
### 🛠️ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead day-to-day Blue Yonder WMS production support operations.
- Manage incidents, problems, service requests, changes, and knowledge documentation.
- Troubleshoot production issues, resolve tickets, and perform root cause analysis.
- Implement permanent fixes for recurring issues and recommend operational improvements.
- Independently manage **P1 incidents** and coordinate with multiple stakeholders until resolution.
- Maintain incident and service request status reports and meet SLA deadlines.
- Coordinate with customers, offshore teams, and junior support resources.
- Lead production/baseline support activities and document resolutions.
- Provide on-call support during non-overlapping hours and weekends on a rotational basis.
- Make independent decisions and maintain strong customer relationships.
