Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Tasks

• Conduct assessments, FBAs, and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise, train, and mentor Behavior Technicians.
• Monitor client progress and make data-driven treatment decisions.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to deliver quality care.
• Manage case coordination and insurance authorizations.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Active BCBA certification.
• Strong ABA knowledge, clinical skills, and communication abilities.
• Valid driver’s license.

Pay

• Starting at $90,000/year
• $3,000 Sign-On Bonus
• Annual Performance Bonus: $10,000–$25,000
• Monthly and hourly billable performance bonuses
