Key Responsibilities

• Engage customers at promotional events by presenting and demonstrating various board games.
• Leverage cultural knowledge to connect with audiences and offer personalized game recommendations.
• Participate in photo shoots and marketing campaigns showcasing our products.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create outreach strategies and promotional materials.
• Collect customer feedback to improve gaming experiences and influence product development.
• Represent the brand at gaming conventions and fairs to expand market presence.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and industry trends to effectively communicate value.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma (Preparatoria) is mandatory.
• Strong cultural understanding of the board gaming community.
• Experience in promotional modeling or customer engagement is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and social media platforms.
