About the role
Clinton County Foundation seeks board members. The term is three years, with up to two additional terms. The board meets approximately six times a year. Members also sit on at least one committee, which meets as needed. Meetings take place in person and remotely via video and conference call.
Responsibilities
- Serve on at least one committee: Investment & Finance, Audit, Grants & Scholarships, or Marketing & Development.
- Adhere to the Foundation’s conflict of interest and non-discrimination policies.
