Premier Advantage Marine is hiring a motivated, customer-focused Boat Sales Representative in Lebanon, Missouri. Help customers find the right boat for their family, friends, and preferred style of boating while building a rewarding career in the marine industry.

About the opportunity

Premier Advantage Marine is a locally owned and operated, growing marine business with a new marina facility and a highly visible highway location. Its offerings include boat sales, service, parts and accessories, indoor and outdoor storage, a gas dock, convenience store, and boat ramp.

The dealership carries Four Winns, Wellcraft, Montara Boats, Stingray Boats, Alumacraft Boats, and iKon Bass Boats, offering options for a wide range of boating needs.

Responsibilities

• Listen to customers and help determine their needs, boating interests, and suitable boat options.
• Work collaboratively with the sales team and pursue targeted sales goals.
• Follow up consistently with customers and maintain the customer database.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
• Stay coachable, develop your skills, and work toward continuous improvement.

Qualifications and schedule

• A motivated, hardworking attitude and desire to succeed.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to work well with a team.
• Previous sales experience is a plus; marine sales experience is not required.
• Full-time schedule, five days per week, including weekends.
• Some light travel for winter boat shows and training.
