With top brands like Four Winns, Wellcraft, Montara, Stingray, Alumacraft, and iKon Bass Boats, we offer a boat for every style of boating.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to understand their boating needs and preferences.
• Recommend the ideal boat style for families, friends, or solo adventures.
• Set and achieve sales targets while providing exceptional customer service.
• Follow up and maintain relationships with customers through our database.
• Work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Continuously improve skills and be open to coaching.

What We Offer:

• Full-time position with a 5-day workweek including weekends.
• Opportunity to work at a new marina facility with sales, service, parts, accessories, storage, gas dock, convenience store, and boat ramp.
• Light travel for winter boat shows and training.

Qualifications:

• Entrepreneurial attitude with a strong desire to succeed.
• Previous sales experience is a plus but not required.
