Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage all bookkeeping activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger maintenance.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.
• Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and internal records.
• Prepare financial statements, reports, and summaries for management review.
• Monitor and maintain compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.
• Lead, train, and mentor the bookkeeping team to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Implement and improve accounting procedures and internal controls.
• Collaborate with auditors, tax consultants, and other financial professionals as needed.
• Provide financial insights and analysis to support budgeting and strategic planning.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5–7 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, and MS Office.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.

Salary: ₱25,000 per month
