Bookstore Sales Clerk

Job Summary
• The Bookstore Sales Clerk provides excellent customer service, assists customers in finding books and store merchandise, operates the point-of-sale (POS) system, and maintains store displays and inventory organization. The role involves processing sales transactions, shelving and restocking merchandise, maintaining a clean and inviting retail environment, and responding to customer inquiries in person and over the phone.

Qualification Standards:
• Education: High school diploma, vocational diploma, or Bachelor's degree in Literature, Education, Commerce, Business Administration, or any related field.
• Experience & Skills: Prior experience in retail, customer service, or cashiering is preferred; familiar with POS, register operations and basic computer applications; strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; good organization and multitasking abilities; genuine enthusiasm for books, literature, and reading.

• Collaborative & Customer-Centric Attitude: Strong interpersonal empathy, positive attitude, and a team-oriented mindset to ensure cohesive brand representation.

• Base Pay: ₱19,630.00 – ₱25,519.00 Monthly Salary
