Bottle Service Attendant

As a Bottle Service Attendant in a bustling venue, you will play a key role in creating an energetic atmosphere that keeps our guests coming back for more. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to guests by recognizing their needs and anticipating requests. Serve bottles, mixers, and other beverages to patrons in a timely and friendly manner. Maintain a clean and organized service area, ensuring compliance with sanitation standards. Handle payment transactions efficiently and accurately, providing receipts as needed. Collaborate with bartenders and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery. Engage with guests in a lively manner, enhancing their overall experience. Assist in managing inventory and supplies to ensure readiness for service. Required and preferred qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Strong customer service skills with a friendly and engaging demeanor. Previous experience in hospitality or customer-facing roles is preferred but not mandatory. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions. Flexibility in scheduling, including nights and weekends. Experience with POS systems is a plus. You will report directly to the Floor Manager and collaborate closely with other attendants and bartenders.
