About the role
Shopwise Supermarket is seeking a Branch Sales Manager to manage departments so they function effectively and customers are satisfied. Departments include Deli, Groceries, Fruit & Vegetables, Frozen, Bakery and Non-Foods.
Responsibilities
- Manage store merchandising effectively.
- Manage production and stock allocation.
- Manage stock availability.
- Manage wastage in all departments.
- Facilitate health and safety and housekeeping.
- Support customer satisfaction.
- Manage staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business, or an equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 6 months sales and customer service experience.
- At least 1 year’s experience in the retail industry.
- Good product knowledge and understanding of sales processes.
- Strong sales, customer service, and performance management skills.
- Experience with retail ordering systems and basic MS Office.
