BRANCH SUPERVISOR

QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of any 4-year college course
- With experience in retail or service industry in an advantage
- Strong leadership, organizational, and people management skills
- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other MS Office applications
- Honest, trustworthy, and with good communication skills

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee daily operations and ensure the branch hits sales and service targets.
- Manage and motivate team to deliver excellent customer service.
- Handle cash, bank deposits, petty cash, and ensure accuracy and security.
- Prepare and submit reports (sales, inventory, attendance, deposits, and more) on time.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and audit requirements.
- Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and facility concerns with Head Office.
