About the role

Lbrbridal is a luxury bridal boutique in Chicago seeking a talented and passionate Bridal Stylist & Sales Consultant.

Responsibilities

• Style brides and guide them through gown selection.
• Provide a warm, personalized, luxury-level client experience.
• Build relationships with clients throughout their bridal journey.
• Support sales goals and maintain a high level of customer service.
• Care for gowns and maintain the boutique’s presentation.
• Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of bridal or luxury retail experience is required.
• Bridal styling or formalwear experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A consultative sales approach and excellent customer service.
• Passion for bridal fashion and helping clients feel confident and beautiful.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
