QUALIFICATIONS
• Knowledge in installation, troubleshooting & maintenance of broadband internet services
• Basic understanding of networking and fiber optics is an advantage
• Willing to work in field assignments
• With strong problem-solving skills
• Good communication and customer service
• Willing to undergo training and work on shifting schedules if needed
