Job description
Tasks
- Burn Ambassadors are responsible for working with the team to maximize the client experience, facilitate day-to-day activities, and maximize sales and the growth of our member base.
- There is a strong focus on running the “front of house” operations and fostering the growth of community in the gym.
Requirements
- Candidates must be self-motivated with excellent communication and customer service skills.
- They must be able to easily learn and navigate software systems and social media, and have high attention to detail and organization skills.
- Sales and/or customer service experience preferred
