Key Responsibilities Operate assigned bus routes punctually, ensuring timely arrivals and departures. Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip bus inspections to guarantee safety and regulatory compliance. Assist passengers during boarding and disembarking, including those with disabilities or special needs. Monitor traffic and weather conditions to adjust routes and maintain schedules effectively. Deliver excellent customer service by addressing passenger inquiries and resolving transit issues. Maintain accurate trip records, fare collections, and incident reports. Participate in ongoing safety training and meetings to stay updated on best practices and regulations. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Experience driving, preferably in public transportation or bus services. Strong communication skills and dedication to customer service. Ability to remain calm and efficient under stressful situations. Reporting to the Transportation Manager and collaborating with the Operations team, you will help ensure smooth daily transit operations.
