Putco is actively seeking female bus drivers to join our dedicated team in Pretoria, Gauteng . This full-time role offers a stable monthly salary of ZAR 10,000 . As a bus driver, you will be essential in providing safe, reliable, and professional transportation services that enhance community mobility and accessibility. Key Responsibilities Operate buses safely and efficiently, adhering strictly to traffic laws and regulations. Ensure passenger comfort and safety while delivering excellent customer service. Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to maintain vehicle safety. Keep accurate records of trips and all required documentation. Assist passengers during boarding and disembarking when necessary. Report any vehicle malfunctions or incidents promptly to management. Follow assigned routes and schedules, adapting to changes as needed. Required and Preferred Qualifications Valid driver’s license is mandatory. Strong driving skills with a focus on safety and professionalism. Experience driving larger vehicles preferred but not required. The role involves working with standard bus operation tools and collaborating closely with dispatchers, maintenance staff, and the transportation manager or team lead. Cross-departmental cooperation may be required to ensure smooth operations.
