Job description
Requirements
- 10+ Years
- Strong Business Analyst experience in Capital Markets and Financial Services.
- Expertise in Fixed Income securities, including Bonds, Treasuries, Mortgage-Backed Securities (MBS), and Corporate Debt instruments.
- Deep understanding of the end-to-end trade lifecycle: trade capture, confirmation, settlement, accounting, and reporting.
- Hands-on experience with Market Reference Data, including Security Master, Pricing, Issuer, and Instrument Data Management.
- Proven ability to gather and document business requirements, functional specifications, and process workflows.
- Experience collaborating with Front Office, Middle Office, Operations, and Technology teams.
- Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
