Job description
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in business analysis, including at least 3 years of hands-on experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance Claims.
- Strong experience with P&C claims system implementation, enhancement, and support.
- Solid understanding of Agile and iterative methodologies, along with SDLC and PMLC processes.
- Proven ability to develop detailed business requirements, functional requirements, and technical specifications.
- Hands-on experience creating business process diagrams, data rules, and user stories.
- Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project teams to translate business needs into effective solutions.
- CBAP certification is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Experience limited to Medicare, Medicaid, or healthcare claims will not meet the requirement.
