Government / Public Sector – Business Analysis

Tasks

• Lead requirements gathering and stakeholder discussions.
• Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and functional requirements.
• Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
• Work with development teams, architects, and business stakeholders.
• Support test case development and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Identify business gaps, risks, and dependencies.
• Manage requirements and backlogs using Azure DevOps or Jira.
• Perform data analysis and validation using SQL.
• Support Agile/Scrum delivery and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience
• Microsoft Azure DevOps and/or JiraSQL for data analysis and validation
• Business process modeling and requirements documentation
• Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Microsoft Office and Visio
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• USC / Green Card
• Local Candidates Only – Must Reside in Ohio
• Must currently reside in Ohio.
• Must be willing to work onsite in Columbus, OH, if required.
• Fingerprint-based background check is required.
• Must complete mandatory compliance requirements within the specified timeframe.
