Job description
Requirements
- Experience: 8+
- Hands-on experience with Field Workforce Management (WFM) tools.
- Experience with Salesforce Field Service, Oracle Field Service (TOA), ClickSoftware, ServiceNow FSM, or IFS/Clevest.
- Strong knowledge of technician scheduling, route optimization, dispatch management, and appointment capacity planning.
- Experience in field/mobile workforce management - contact center workforce scheduling experience will not qualify.
- Strong business analysis, requirements gathering, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including experience working with senior leadership.
