Business Analyst

Tasks

• Gather, analyze, and document business and operational requirements
• Translate business needs into functional requirements
• Facilitate business and technology discussions
• Support solution design and implementation
• Partner with business stakeholders, technology teams, product teams, and offshore teams
• Serve as a key business-to-technology liaison and day-to-day engagement lead

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Business Systems Analysis, or related roles
• Strong hands-on experience in Wealth Management / Wealth Operations
• Strong experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and operational requirements
• Experience translating business requirements into detailed functional requirements for technology teams
• Experience facilitating discussions between business and technology stakeholders
• Strong experience supporting solution design, analysis, testing, and implementation
• Experience working with cross-functional onsite and offshore teams
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills

• $60–65/hr
