Business Analyst

About the role

Support enterprise business solutions.

Tasks

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and operational partners.
• Support procurement, purchasing, supplier coordination, inventory planning, and merchandising workflows.
• Develop and execute test plans and test cases for system enhancements.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), functional testing, and regression testing.
• Investigate system incidents, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate resolutions.
• Gather business requirements, document processes, and support system implementations.
• Analyze operational data and identify process improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• Experience in retail operations, merchandising, procurement, inventory management, or supply chain.
• Understanding of retail workflows and business applications.
• Experience with business systems support, testing, UAT, and production support.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Preferred: Experience with SAP, ERP, or retail management systems.
• Preferred: Familiarity with ServiceNow, Jira, or similar incident management tools.
• Preferred: Knowledge of purchase orders, sourcing, supplier coordination, and vendor management.
• Preferred: Experience in functional testing, regression testing, and process improvement.

Schedule

• Hybrid; must be able to work onsite in Columbus, OH according to the required hybrid schedule.
