Job description
Tasks
- Lead requirements elicitation sessions with business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and system interactions.
- Develop detailed business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Ensure requirements are clear, complete, and traceable throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with architects and developers to ensure solutions align with business needs.
Requirements
- Need only local candidates
- experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- strong understanding of business process modeling, requirements elicitation techniques, and documentation standards.
- proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Office, Visio, and requirements management platforms (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira).
- excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- experience in Agile/Scrum environments; familiarity with writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
- knowledge of SQL for data analysis and validation.
- exposure to Azure DevOps for backlog management and traceability.
