Business Analyst

About the role

Wiselink Global is looking for an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in eCommerce, Digital Retail, and Mobile/Web Platforms.

Tasks

• Gather and analyze business and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and development teams.
• Create user stories and support sprint planning and Agile delivery.
• Analyze business processes and recommend system improvements.
• Support system enhancements, workflow optimization, and implementation decisions.
• Provide guidance and training to users on systems and applications.

Requirements

• 8–10 Years
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field required
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in Business Analysis and/or Product Ownership.
• Hands-on experience with eCommerce and digital retail platforms, including iOS, Android, mobile web, and desktop.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Experience with digital analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics and customer feedback platforms like Medallia.
• Ability to translate business and technical requirements into clear, actionable user stories.
• Knowledge of APIs, microservices, and request/response contracts.
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with B2C and eCommerce ordering is a plus.
