Job description
Requirements
- Experience as a Business Analyst in Capital Markets
- Strong knowledge of Fixed Income securities, including bonds, Treasuries, MBS, and corporate debt
- Understanding of the end-to-end trade lifecycle: trade capture, confirmation, settlement, accounting, and reporting
- Hands-on experience with market reference data, including security master, pricing, issuer, and instrument data
- Ability to gather and document business requirements, functional specifications, and process workflows
- Experience partnering with Front Office, Middle Office, Operations, and Technology teams
- Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills
- Experience delivering solutions in Agile/Scrum environments
