Business Analyst

Tasks

• Lead requirements gathering sessions with business and technical stakeholders.
• Document business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Analyze business processes, workflows, and system interactions.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and QA teams to deliver effective solutions.
• Support testing activities, test case development, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Identify process gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Manage requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps or Jira for backlog management and requirements tracking.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Knowledge of SQL for data analysis and validation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Visio.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Preferred: UAT coordination, process optimization, automation, and mentoring junior Business Analysts.
