Job description
Were Hiring: Business Analyst – Wealth Management / Business Operations
📍 Location: Downtown Toronto, ON
🏢 Work Arrangement: On-site, 5 days per week
📅 Contract Duration: 6 months (extension possible)
Must-Have Qualifications:
5–8 years of Business Analysis experience, with a strong focus on current-state assessments and operational analysis.
Proven experience in business process mapping, workflow analysis, and stakeholder engagement.
Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, including experience engaging with Directors and senior leadership.
Ability to independently drive business discovery and synthesize complex qualitative and quantitative information.
Nice to Have:
Experience in Wealth Management, Brokerage Operations, Banking, Financial Services, or Capital Markets (GBM).
