Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business requirements to define project scope and objectives. Facilitate agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure team alignment. Develop user stories and acceptance criteria based on stakeholder feedback and project goals. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget. Perform data analysis and create reports to support business decisions and improve process efficiencies. Provide training and mentorship to junior team members on agile methodologies and best practices. Continuously assess project performance and implement improvements for future initiatives.
