Job description
Kani Solutions Inc. is recruiting for a remote Business Analyst and Scrum Master Training and Placement Program. This contract opportunity is open to eligible candidates in the United States, including entry-level applicants with no IT background. No prior programming knowledge is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements to define project scope and objectives.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Develop user stories and acceptance criteria based on stakeholder feedback and project goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support on-time, on-budget project delivery.
- Analyze data and prepare reports to inform business decisions and improve processes.
- Provide guidance to junior team members on Agile methodologies and best practices.
- Review project performance and identify improvements for future initiatives.
Training and Placement Support
- Placement assistance, mentorship, and workshops focused on entry-level Business Analyst roles.
- Domain preparation, hands-on project experience, and interview preparation for entry-level Business Analyst and Scrum Master roles.
- Applicants with no prior IT experience may apply; programming knowledge is not required.
