Job description
Tasks
- Analyze and support field workforce management processes, including technician scheduling, route optimization, appointment capacity management, and field job execution.
- Gather business requirements, investigate operational issues, and identify opportunities to improve field service efficiency.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to analyze workflows, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective solutions.
Requirements
- Business Analysis and Field Workforce Management
- Hands-on experience with field service dispatch and workforce management tools, such as Salesforce Field Service, Oracle Field Service (TOA), ClickSoftware, ServiceNow Field Service Management (FSM), IFS Cloud / Field Service Management (FSM).
- Candidates must have experience with field/mobile workforce management, not contact center agent scheduling.
- Face-to-Face Interview Required
