Tasks

• Gather and document business and technical requirements.
• Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
• Document REST APIs, API contracts, and integrations.
• Work with Product, Development, and QA teams.
• Support API testing, validation, and impact analysis.
• Document AI/LLM-related workflows and requirements.
• Ensure compliance with security and data privacy standards.

Requirements

• Years of Technical Business Analyst experience.
• Strong experience with business and technical requirements.
• REST APIs, JSON, Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI.
• API documentation and third-party integrations.
• Event-driven architecture and workflow documentation.
• Basic SQL knowledge.
• Experience with AI tools and understanding of LLMs.
• QA support, defect analysis, and impact analysis.
• Knowledge of Information Security and Data Privacy.
