Role OverviewEvaluate and compare chatbot responses against defined business and quality criteria.Analyze business-related outputs, identify gaps, and provide accurate structured assessments.Support AI performance improvement by applying strong business judgment, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
RequirementsBachelor s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar business/data tools.Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, and working with cross-functional teams.Strong attention to detail and ability to evaluate chatbot/business outputs against defined criteria.Knowledge of Agile or Scrum is an added advantage.
