Business Analyst – Reinsurance Professional

Tasks

• Understand reinsurance operations and validate parameterization templates provided by clients.
• Identify operational gaps between client needs and system functionality, translating them into detailed business requirements.
• Review deliverables from System Analysts and Developers to ensure quality and compliance.
• Present solutions and deliverables to clients, taking full ownership of system performance and outcomes.
• Train end-users on system features, workflows, and best practices.
• Lead and guide technical teams (System Analysts & Developers) throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science and/or proven background as a Reinsurance Professional.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience within reinsurance companies.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end reinsurance business processes.
• Professional-level English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Must currently reside in Mexico City.
