Job description

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Business Analyst experience
  • 2+ years of Salesforce project experience
  • Hands-on Salesforce Field Service (FSL) experience
  • Strong knowledge of Service Cloud and the Salesforce data model
  • Experience with scheduling, optimization, and the FSL mobile app
  • Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Preferred: Salesforce Administrator or Field Service Consultant certification
  • Preferred: Experience with Salesforce Flow, MuleSoft, or similar integrations
  • Preferred: Telecom industry experience
  • Preferred: CBAP/CCBA certification
