Job description
Requirements
- GC and USC only - W2
- 5+ years of Business Analyst experience, including 2+ years on Salesforce projects
- Hands-on Salesforce Field Service (FSL) experience
- Knowledge of scheduling, dispatch, optimization, work orders, and service appointments
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud and data models
- Experience with requirements gathering, user stories, BRDs/FRDs, and process mapping
- UAT, Agile/Scrum, and stakeholder management experience
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Salesforce mobile workflows
