Job description

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Business Analyst experience, including 2+ years on Salesforce projects
  • Hands-on Salesforce Field Service (FSL) experience
  • Knowledge of scheduling, dispatch, optimization, work orders, and service appointments
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud and data models
  • Experience with requirements gathering, user stories, BRDs/FRDs, and process mapping
  • UAT, Agile/Scrum, and stakeholder management experience
  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Salesforce mobile workflows
  • Visa: GC and USC only - W2
