About the Role
We are looking for a Business Analyst with hands-on Salesforce platform experience to serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. In this role, you will partner with leaders across Sales, Service, Operations, and Finance to understand business challenges, gather and analyze requirements, and translate those needs into scalable Salesforce solutions. You will play a key role throughout the entire project lifecycle, from discovery and solution design through testing, deployment, and ongoing optimization.
Success in this role requires strong communication skills, business process analysis expertise, and a solid understanding of Salesforce capabilities. You will work closely with administrators, developers, and architects to ensure business requirements are delivered effectively while aligning with Salesforce best practices and organizational objectives.

What You'll Do
Requirements Discovery & Analysis
Partner with business stakeholders across Sales, Service, Operations, and Finance to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder interviews to uncover business needs and opportunities for improvement.Map current and future state business processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization within Salesforce.Create user stories, process flows, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
Salesforce Solution DesignCollaborate with Salesforce Administrators, Developers, and Architects to design effective solutions aligned with platform best practices.Evaluate business requirements and recommend declarative versus custom development approaches.Support data migration, reporting, integration, and overall solution design activities.Maintain knowledge of Salesforce capabilities, data models, and platform functionality.
Delivery & ExecutionSupport projects through the full development lifecycle, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, testing, and release management.Act as the primary liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, execution, defect tracking, and stakeholder sign-off.Assist with training, release communications, and change management initiatives.
Continuous ImprovementMonitor adoption and business outcomes following implementation.Maintain accurate documentation of business processes, configurations, and system changes.Promote data quality, governance, and security best practices.Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency through Salesforce capabilities.
What You'll BringRequired Qualifications
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, CRM Analyst, or similar role.2+ years of hands-on experience working with the Salesforce platform.Experience gathering requirements and working directly with business stakeholders.Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, Flows, reports, dashboards, validation rules, and security concepts.Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Experience working within Agile or hybrid delivery environments.Professional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Preferred QualificationsSalesforce certifications such as Administrator, Business Analyst, Advanced Administrator, or Platform App Builder.Familiarity with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce integrations.Experience with integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Workato, or similar technologies.Experience with reporting and analytics tools including Salesforce Reports & Dashboards, CRM Analytics, Tableau, or Power BI.Experience supporting global teams and stakeholders.
