Key Skills & Requirements:
Strong Business Analysis experience working directly with scientists.
Hands-on exposure to scientific applications and laboratory workflows.
Experience with LIMS (Laboratory Information Management Systems) and ELN (Electronic Lab Notebooks).
Knowledge of sample management, inventory management, and workflow automation.
Experience with instrument data capture, integration, and lab automation.
Understanding of scientific data capture, data quality, and data lakehouse concepts.
Chemistry or Biologics domain experience (exposure to both is a plus).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
