Job description
Requirements
- 8 to 10 years of dedicated experience as an IT Business Analyst / Technology Specialist.
- Explicit domain expertise in Field/Mobile Workforce Management (FWM) - technician scheduling, route/dispatch optimization, appointment capacity planning, and geofenced job execution.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise FWM platforms such as Salesforce Field Service, Oracle Field Service (TOA), ClickSoftware, ServiceNow FSM, or IFS Clevest.
- Proven ability to analyze operational field dispatch bottlenecks, map business processes, and write detailed functional specifications/user stories.
- Strong leadership in functional testing, UAT execution, mobile app validation, and stakeholder management across field supervisors, dispatchers, and IT leads.
- Ability to attend an in-person F2F interview and work 100% onsite in Maryland Heights, MO.
