Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business improvement. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements for new projects or enhancements to existing processes. Develop and maintain business intelligence reports that provide insights into key performance indicators (KPIs). Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to ensure that project goals are met effectively. Utilize problem-solving skills to address challenges in project implementation and operational processes. Support project management activities, including planning, execution, and timeline management. Create comprehensive documentation to ensure that all project specifications and business requirements are clearly outlined. Required and Preferred Qualifications Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) preferred. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role. Proficient in data analysis and business intelligence tools such as SQL, Tableau, or Power BI. Strong understanding of project management methodologies. Excellent communication and documentation skills to effectively convey findings and proposals. Certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) are a plus.
