Job description
Sky Web Technology is hiring a full-time Business Analyst in Watsonville, California. In this collaborative role, you will turn complex data into actionable insights that support strategic decisions, improve business efficiency, and strengthen company performance. This is an on-site position; remote work is not available.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Partner with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate requirements for projects and process enhancements.
- Develop and maintain business intelligence reports tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Coordinate communication across cross-functional teams to support project goals.
- Resolve challenges related to project implementation and operational processes.
- Support project planning, execution, and timeline management.
- Prepare clear documentation of project specifications and business requirements.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- At least 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role.
- Proficiency with data analysis and business intelligence tools such as SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- An MBA is preferred.
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certification is a plus.
